8 Questions To Answer When Buying New Clothes

We love shopping, there's something about it that when we start we can't stop! But how do we know what to buy and if it's gonna fit to our style, wardrobe and where to find it out? Here we fixed some short questionarre to check up when buying new Hoody / Tshirt or Skinny Jeans!

1. Will you wear this new T-shirt / Hoody everyday, or is it one-timer, when you wanna simply look and feel amazing?


2. If it's something for day-in-day-out, which of your clothes will go with it? Simply think of at least two outfits matching garment you wish to buy.


3. Is it one season thing, or will you wear it next year as well?
   


4. What's the content? Don't buy Poly-mix clothes, as they don't "breathe", loose colour and don't last very long. The best quality clothes are made of natural materials, Cotton, Wool, Silk etc.

Tips for buying jewellery for a woman

The saying 'diamonds are a girl's best friend' is almost certainly true, but what if you can't afford diamonds and you still want to buy jewelry for that girl?

There are lots of things to think about. You might see a piece of jewelry and think "I'm sure she would like that", but just ask yourself a few questions first...

For example, does she only wear gold or silver?

Even though fashion jewelry and costume jewelry has become very popular (and cheap!) in the last 5 years or so, many women still only wear real gold or silver jewelry (known as fine jewelry).

Sometimes it is because they might suffer an allergic reaction to other metals, sometimes they think their of jewelry ss a status symbol, some women just prefer it!

Bear in mind too that what you think is silver might be white gold or platinum - do check first!

So think twice if you've only ever seen someone wearing gold or silver jewelry - they might like the look of other jewelry, but they probably won't wear it.

Spotted a beautiful bracelet?

You need to think "Does she actually wear bracelets?"

Lots of women love the look of bracelets and like something jangling on their wrists, but many women just don't wear them.

It could be because the bracelet catches on things or it is always clunking on her desk when she is at work when she is writing or typing... or it could be because it irritates her by rattling a lot...perhaps the bracelet needs to be constantly moved back up her wrist a bit!

Got your eye on a ring?

Again you need to look at what she wears. Fingers are funny things! Some women just don't wear rings as an accessory. They will wear a wedding or an engagement ring and maybe something like a ring from their late mother or grandmother, but that will be for sentimental reasons - they are not making a fashion statement.

If she does wear rings as an accessory, double check whether or not she only wears real gems!

And be very careful - will the message giving a ring will send be what you really want to say?!

If you are thinking about an engagement ring, think about the fact that lots of women like to choose their own these days!

Thinking about a pair of earrings?

Are her ears pierced or not? Such a basic question yet often missed!

Does she wear stud or drop earrings?

Many women will wear both, but lots of women will wear one style only.
















There could be lots of reasons for this such as the length of their hair (a woman might think her hair would just hide stud earrings, so what would be the point of wearing them?).

Other women just don't think they suit dangly (drop) earrings!

Does she need or prefer a little bit extra length when it comes to the length of a necklace or a pendant chain or a bracelet?

So many women have received beautiful jewelry as a gift only to be disappointed to find it doesn't fit them as it is too short (of course, they won't say anything to the giver except that they love it!).

A lot of jewelry is designed for Petite size women with smaller necks and wrists. A 16 inch chain which is standard with a lot of pendants will be too small for lots of women, as will any bracelet under 7 inches long.

And don't be fooled by necklaces or pendants with an 'extension' chain. If a woman needs to fasten a necklace using the extension chain, more than likely the necklace will never sit properly because most extensions are badly designed.

















Most women prefer an 18 inch or a 20 inch chain when it comes to pendants, so again check what she already wears.

If her pendants sits quite close to her throat, go for an 18 inch chain, if the pendant hangs a bit lower think about a 20 inch chain.

If the woman is Plus size (a larger lady) then don't make the mistake of thinking they all want to wear 'big' jewelry! Choose a piece of jewelry that comes in different sizes and just buy a longer length chain or bracelet!

Another idea if you are not sure what size to buy when it comes to the length of a pendant is to buy one with a slider fitting (also sometimes called a lariat or bolo fitting).
























This design is ideal because you just pop the pendant over the your head, hold on to the loose ends of the 'lariat' (the chain) and slide the pendant into place.

A slider pendant can be worn high or low on the neck so gives several different looks which makes it a useful piece of jewelry to own.



















The slider design is also ideal for women who struggle with fiddly clasps - a great gift idea for someone with less able fingers, maybe your Mum or Grandma!

The internet has made the world of jewelry a much smaller place, so don't just rely on the jeweler's in the High Street. Try looking online and see the wide range available - I'm sure you find something desirable for her to wear!

Ice Wine Sparkling Cuvee

CANADA. Peller Estates Winery, the Canadian icewine specialist, introduced its new sparkling wine to the trade at the TFWA World Exhibition. Andrew Peller Signature Series Ice Cuvée Classic is described as a traditional méthode sparkling wine made with hand-picked Chardonnay and Pinot Noir grapes. A dosage of Vidal Icewine (110ml) is added in the wine-making process, which is said to be one of the product's unique selling points. The 11.5% abv cuvée comes in a 750ml bottle with elegant white and gold-trimmed outer box packaging. The yellow straw-coloured wine has a bouquet of apricot, yeast and ripe apple, with hints of honey, followed by tropical fruits on the palate and a refreshing sweet grapefruit finish. The wine is best served at a cool 8-10ºC in sparkling wine glasses and can be enjoyed before a meal with salty appetisers, during a meal with seafood or risotto or after a meal with fresh fruit and creamy cheese. It is also said to complement spicy Asian food. The product has already scooped a number of medals, namely: Gold Medal – American Wine Society Competition, USA 2007; Gold Medal – All Canadian Wine Competition, Canada 2007; Silver Medal – Effervescents du Monde, Chaintré France 2006; and Silver Medal – Grand Harvest Awards 2007, California.
